3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for advance notice for cancellations or changes. Repeated late cancellations may affect future bookings.
4. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide safe access to the vehicle
- Remove personal belongings before service
- Disclose any conditions that may affect detailing
